By booking a tour with Nature Aura Travel & Tour, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Booking & Reservation

• A reservation is only confirmed once an advance payment is received.
• Nature Aura Travel & Tour reserves the right to cancel a booking if the remaining balance is not paid before the tour start date.

2. Pricing and Currency

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change due to sudden increases in fuel costs or government taxes; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the original price.

3. Health & Safety

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for high-altitude destinations like Skardu or Hunza.
• We strongly recommend that travelers carry their own personal medication and have basic travel insurance.

4. Conduct During Tours

• We expect all travelers to respect local cultures, traditions, and the environment.
• Littering or damaging natural sites is strictly prohibited.
• The tour guide has the right to remove any person from a tour if their behavior is harmful or disruptive to others.

5. Force Majeure

Nature Aura Travel & Tour is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: landslides, heavy snowfall, political strikes, or flight cancellations. In such cases, we will provide the best possible alternative or a partial refund of unutilized services.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
